I'm not sure if you guys are aware of Solar bulbs. Let me explain, if you fill on empty 2 liter coke bottle with water and 3 caps full of bleach it will capture natural light and reflect it to the equivalent of a 60 watt bulb. Half of the coke bottle must be above a roof line in order to redirect the light below.
These lights require no electricity and and they concentrate the Lumens more then A plane glass would. What I am suggesting is to dig a hole 5 feet in diameter perfectly round and about 4 and a half feet deep. Then cut a piece of corrugated roof to slide over your hole. Then fit 30 of these Solar bulbs to the roof. Each Solar bulb is 60 watts so 30 would be 1800 watts within a 5 by 5 foot area. You could easily grow a pound in that hole without anybody seeing shit. This is proof on concept only.

Tesla had a theory of grabbing electricity out of the air, he stated we could use 3,000 gigawatt at any given moment. I've tried thinking of ways to change the game but in the end I've come to find that mothernature and/or a light socket is the most practicle way.

As long as the light being captured and being redistributed is in the 400-630nm range I'd say you're good to go. BUT, for all you know it could be yellow light being given out which really isn't that beneficial for cannabis.

It's more than theory. The Wardenclyffe project was cut off of funding by J.P. Morgan because there was no way to collect on the money. Upon Tesla's death January 7th 1943 the U.S. government went to his lab and apartment (where he died alone and broke) and confiscated all his research. This includes Wardenclyffe and all the info he did on the ionsphere. The documents have never been released.

Oh absolutely. I didnt mean to undermine the story. I heard he even had the towers up but then they got destroyed because "german spies were lurking on the property"

I wish i could draw a diagram. Its super easy. Dig hole. Place plants. build roof to slide over it fitted with a bunch of solar bulbs. Hide with fake sod.

Water drainage will end up in the hole. Could become a big problem if it rains heavily... walls might start rinsing in on you.

You could build an actual structure in the ground and do the same, I guess. I still think you'll just get mold issues then...

A buncha bottles sticking out if the roof ... ??
People would be too curious and there goes your grow op.
Then laying sod to conceal it, wouldnt really conceal it cus it would look like a buncha bottles sticking out of the sod on the roof lol
Good idea in some situations, but not for growing marijuana. Remember the sun has to power it also, which defeats the concept.

hmm, the grow area im gonna be growing in is outside, but its an enclosed courtyard area with an open roof so around the sides light dosnt get very low, specially once the plants will be huge. i was gonna put in some 60w lights around the edge to try and help with it some. i wonder if i got bigger containers, ones that would go from the roof all the way to the ground, they would be like 10 ft tall so alot more water/bleach would have to be used, but i wonder if it would work the same. Would it just be a huge 10 ft light lol

there is alot of shade in here now, but in a couple months when i plant them out here there is pretty much sun everywhere except the red shaded spots in the area. the left side isnt too bad, but on the right its about a foot and a half to two feet that is in shaded. i was originally going to install the lights on the right wall there to help with it. But i wonder if the big water bottles for this would work, if you can excuse my crappy photoshop work, you see they would probably stick about a foot or so past the roof line and come all the way or maybe like a foot or so away from the ground. im also not sure where i would find clear plastic bottles that big either. But if it would work it would be worth it, itd give some nice light to spots that would othersie be dark and get crappy growth.

Makes me wanna cry every time I think about how awesome our world would be with tesla's inventions. I hate the U.S government.

You need to find the angle of light emission from these bleach lights I find it strange that they would just emit light in all directions rather than just concentrate the light at the bottom of them due to the concaved ends of the bottles

Tesla was a genius! More so than Edison who was nothing more than a thief like many famous people like Shakespeare.
People have no idea how his ideas would have made this world a MUCH BETTER place.

You don't get it. You would dig a hole and slide a piece of wood ( or any corrugated steel roof) over the plants in your back yard garden area or a field. Your plants would be hidden. Its a way to grow outdoors without having the plants exposed to prying eyes. Nobody would ever assume a bunch of semi buried pop bottles in a field was hiding a grow op beneath it. I would just dig a 5x5 ft hole that's 4.5 feet deep and put my clones in the hole sea of green style.

20 solar bulbs is equal to 1200watts. U could easily pull a pound using this system. Water plants using a wick system.
