I think his argument is not really about marijuana at all. It's about language. In his local dialect people use the word 'dro' to indicate a high grade of mj. I can sympathize with him.

For example, in my neighborhood, we call people who use 'dro' to indicate a high grade of mj, 'silly'. Now you might think that calling someone "silly" is an insult. But not in my neighborhood. It's not an evaluative term at all. It just means "person who uses 'dro' to refer to high grade mj." You people from your neighborhoods just won't understand.
