Default Cab Grow NEED HELP!!!

I am just moving and I am getting all my stuff together in order to do a "stealthy" grow in a cab. I have a 4' W x 6' T x 20" D ClosetMaid cabinet from Lowes. For lighting purchased a 400 watt HPS AgroStar Ballast with a 6" cooltube and a HTGsupply blulb. I am trying to figure out the best way to vent this bulb being as it is 19" Long and the cab is 48" wide. It does not give me much room to work with. I am using peat moss mixed with perlite for a growing medium. If anyone has any suggestions on my grow set up and how I could make that cooltube vented while still allowing the light to move up and down as well I would appreciate all the help. Thank you! Also what are the best nutes/mediums used with products available at Home Depot/Lowes???
