Default Should i cut off sick leaves?

I have four plants under a 400w HPS light. each one is about a foot tall and are on a 12/12 cycle.

they look pretty healthy but some of their lower leaves are really droopy and turning yellow/brown. the top of the plants are very healthy, its just a few lower leaves that have problems.

should i cut them off or let them be?

yea its ok, as long as you can tell they're really almost dead. Since it actually wastes the energy of the plant when theyre dying like that. since its still connected you know? but id say just cut em, as long as you got more leaves on top your fine.
