they appear quite small still, try giving them more humidity and warmth. 80% & 25C and make sure the earth is packed around them, slightly press next to the stem in a full circle, not to hard you don't want to damage the roots, but they may have been transplanted to loosely and need more stable root environment to access the water. Did you add nutes to water at anytime?

you should keep the soil moist (not drenched) at all times at this stage and definatly add humidity and heat at 1wk old.

ok thanks . . . but i dont the heat is the problem . . . . it is about 75 to 85 in there . . . .for the humidity i have no idea i have to get a hygrometer soon
And i havnt started giving them nutes yet . . . is that a problem ?
and for that one plant that appears to be dead what can i do if i can do anything at all ?

Yeah two days is probably too long without water. Water them now and you should maybe think of getting a fan of some kind to strengthen the stems, and somethin organic like fish emulsion which is high in nitrogen and they should pick up.

It would definately kill them when they are that fragile. Use fish emulsion for the first two weeks then switch to chemical nutrients. You can also mix urine with water and it's supposed to be an effective natural fertiliser. Not sure on the details tho, google-it.

Yeah also if you can get your hands on some cow-shit and blend it into your soil mixture i heard that works very well

Cheap and easy to humidify the environment. Put them in a container large enough for all or each there own and cover with plastic wrap but do not let it touch the plant/s : poke only a few holes and the humidity from the plants will do the rest, and keep them moist. temp is fine at that, no nutes yet, but i wouldn't piss on them.
