Genetics in my room...come and comment

ok so I have many differant strains in my room atm and i'm trying to come up with a good breeding plan. my past breeding experiments have had some mixed results, but I wasnt working with the same quality of genetics that I have now. In my room I have the clones; Ice, new yourk city deisal,grand daddy purps, and NLx big bud. seeds I have ak48, chrystal, blue mistic(all from nirvana) sensi seeds afghani #1, barney's sweet tooth, dutch passion fem WW( didnt realize it was feminized when I ordered), g13 widowmaker, and g13 NLxSkunk, and lots of seeds that I have bred from unknown genetics in the past.

I got the afghani cause its 100% indica and I hope to get a quality male off the seeds. I figured that would be a good start.

I was hoping for some suggestions on some crosses that you would be interested in seeing in the future. Room is not a problem and I mature my males outdoors so most the projects won't be finished till the end of fall, but I will do all crosses that you suggest and if your around next year I will PM each person with the results.

And a question for any experienced breeders out there; Are feminized seeds any good for breeding, cause I'm really disappointed that I bought feminized WW.

wow man dont u get confused with all those strains? would nt it be wiser to perfect 2 or 3 strains.. i assume u sell the seeds.. do u gorw?? whats the point of cross breeding when there are so many high yeilding strains out there.. what ru tryin to achieve?

I do all this strictly for hobby. I am a medical patient with a little too much time on my hands. I do not sell any seeds or anything. I do give freebies to other patients that I know who never make it to the clubs.

ahh i see good stuff keep up the good work bro... the seeds that u cross breed are they ever feminized or is it just up to god to decide whos a boy and whos a girl?

I have never tried to feminize seeds. I have had some hermie problems in the past the produced only fem and other hermies, but to produce fem seeds with less hermies most add some type of acid that causes the female plant to grow some balls then use the pollen the fertilize another female. I've never been real big on fem seeds, though I understand why some people use them.

this is great. my first grow is slowly coming to an end and ive been saying i want to try something like this...perfect! lets see some purp with whatever you want to cross it with...your choice, i dont know enough about all those sweet ass strains you have. keep me posted bud. good luck

I honestly don't know too much about most the strains. only a few of them I've actually grown out myself. maybe I will wait awhile to repost this once I get a digi camera and find a few strong male studs to help limit the choices

i usually don't pick out crosses. i will happen upon a very good female and decide i want the genetics. i keep her safe and let her do her thing. then i pick a male. this is when i decide what to use. it depends on the female and the traits i want to add. then i start seeds of strains that carry these know traits. then i seek a male that shows the strongest of the traits i seek and use it to seed the female.
