If you veg until the net is 75% full then switch the light, you will still be pulling branches through the screen as the first 2 weeks of flower provide your big stretch. This is also the time to position the branches how you want them. You also want to trim the growth under the screen as it does not recieve proper lighting and the extra energy not going to the undergrowth will be equally distributed amongst your top buds. You may get some different opinions but I am just quoting what Ive researched. The grow book is called " Secrets of the west coast masters". It is a scrogging and training system designed to give you 2lbs off 1 plant under a thousand watt bulb. it is pretty impressive to see this accomplished!
