no you cant tell from those pics or your plants, preflowers wont start to show untill after the 10th or so node or about 2months. only way to tell early is to take a clone and flower it and see that way.

hmm.... i heard you can identify preflowers after 5-7 weeks of vegging, or 6-7 nodes high..

and plus i cant see much. is it possible you can take a closer picture?

too early to tell. there is NO way of knowing until you switch to a 12/12 light cycle. under a hps a healthy crop should show in about 10 days. go to my site http://skiweeds.angelfire.com/ scroll about half way down towards the end of may. that is how you tell if your plant is female. heres a google pic of a male http://www.gardenscure.com/420/attac...lewpreflwr.jpg hell heres a side by side comparison http://www.allpotseeds.com/images/ar...s-how-to-1.jpg i dont know wtf ppl are talking about these 'pre flowers' in all my years of growing i never heard of that except ppl on the internet. if you plant is in veg it will not show any signs of flowering unless it's a ruderalis or ruderalis hybrid strain(auto flowering). i've vegged plants for over 2 months and they just keep growing, no sign of flowering whatsoever. those things growing between the nodes in veg are not pre flowers, they're simply new branches. if your starting with an unidentifiable indica and/or sativa, this is the only way to tell unless you have a way of testing it's genetics.
