Default Repotting
I've got a plant that is 2ft tall and the roots are poking out of the bottom of a 2.5 gallon bucket it's in. What's the best method of transferring it to a bigger bucket with the least root damage?

Forget it. I'll just do it right for the next grow.

you could cut the bottom off the pot that it is in now and just stick it in a bidder pot. But if you are going to do that you might as well cut the whole thing off and re-pot it.

Or you can hold the base of the plant turn it upside down and remove the pot that it is in and then place it in a bigger pot. re potting can be difficult if you have never done it before but its not hard. just make sure that you have everything ready including the whole to plant it in.

Make sure to water the soil AFTER the plant has been re potted not before
