Pressed keif made using the dry ice extraction method passed through a 220 micron screen. The material used was popcorn left from an ak 47 grow, and sugar trim from 5 other strains. All trim and popcorn was dried then frozen before processing. I wanted nothing but the highest quality end product, so I agitated the screening process for only 10 seconds for each batch... ex~ I would fill the bucket with a few handfuls of trim, add the dry ice, and shake over the collecting surface for a total of ten seconds. Then I would empty the bucket and start the process again with a fresh batch of trim.
The leftovers looked good and my friend was more than happy to take it off of my hands
I tried using one of those hand twisting presses, but the threads stripped out and its was quite tuff on my hands. Being a stoner macgyver I built a wooden frame for my 6-ton car jack to fit inside of, a few bowls later I had the pressing mold made from pvc pipe and a wooden dowel... and this is the end product, enjoy.
