    so if you go over after the ban, all public places were they are staff, they will be a ban.

    I spent a weekend there 3 weeks ago and was talking to one of the pub owners that did not allow smoking on his premises ( dope that is ) and he mentioned that a friend of his had taken his grievance to court and won. He stated that health issues etc for protecting his employees didn't count as he didn't employ anyone and the court ruled he could still smoke in his pub. I can also add that the weekend I spent with friends there was amazing, just the ability to buy and smoke in public was very warm. Very friendly people and good company made it a weekend to remember and I would recommend it to anyone.

    I dunno, i live in holland and i smoke everywhere, nobody seems to have a problem with you smoking in their place, i only know of restaurants that dont allow any sort of smoking, besides that from my knowledge their is no ban on smoking but their is some crazy politician who is tryin to ban smoking everywhere and he also wants the red light district to be closed, he should be shot

    I just read that article, i gues holland is taking a step back from being the liberated country we all adore, i honestly think making it illegal will just make trouble, i mean to have the right to grow your own legally and smoke it happily without fear at home is amazing, you would never know that feeling unless you live here,I hope none of this actually passes
