new grower needing advice

central canada, agriculture supplies impossible to find? ahahahahahahaha

i am not from canada but i am pretty sure if you take a look around there will be either a shop or an internet site that you will be able to get lights from. rule of the thumb is 100watt per plant, so i would suggest probably getting some CFL lights to start with, 100watt each for each plant your growing. if you cant get hold of these anywhere and u have gone through everything then u will have to make do with what u got. There are many different types/makes of 'fertilisers' or 'nutes' you can use during veg and flower, its probably personal preference/choice. i use all of the Bio-Bizz products which were recommened by a friend and i would recommened them! you should be able to find a website that delivers. I use the Bio-Bizz - root juice, bio-grow,bio-heaven,bio-bloom,bio-grow and top max, all bio bizz. Hope that helps !

We have looked around and there are no stores that sell proper lighting in are city, we've only found 1 hps light an it's only 70watts and it's 40$ per bulb an plus extra for the fixtures, have you guys heard anything good about seasoil? We are only growing 3 plants we got one Critical+auto, auto northern lights and one kush van stitch.

I really hope I can get more info cause this is are first time growing

do you recieve mail? im sure you can order something offline and get it delivered, or keep an eye out in craigslist(or whatever your classified's are where you live) for old warehouse HPS lights .

if all else fails go to local hardware store and pick up a bunch of CFL's many people use them to grow and have good results.

as far as nutes go, there are lots of brands to choose from but if you can just make a nice super soil it will be organic and you wont have to worry about feeding them. if you google "super soil" you should come up with some results

Best advice i could give u at this stage then would be to get some CFL's on the go. They are probably the easiest lights to get hold of a produce really good results. i use cfls for vegging and HPS for flowering, but i know of people who have used CFL's for both vegging and flowering, ensure that u have some sort of replector so the plant gets maximum ammount of light aiming at the plants. try and get 3 100watt CFL's for the start if u can for vegging, then add a couple more if u can for flowering!!! hope this helps u a little
