Can I use this to regulate the Co2 with a tank in my grow room though?

It has a plug so you can hook it to a timer, and it has a place for the co2 to come out. would work fine. Just get a co2 monitor for the room so you actually know how much co2 is in there. Don't know if the gauges on the regulator are what you need but it would work.
