exp grower needs major help...all flowering plants are getting black tips and dying

Hello ive havent been on here for awhile thought i had this grow thing to a science

ive been vegging these clones for a couple a weeks (clones from a new source)ive been vegging with t2s t5s and sunlight foxfarm soil.....only veg chems was fishoil once.So to make a long story short after about 3 weeks of good growth I throw them in my 1000 watt room(hydrofarm cool hood intake outtake fans the whole shabamm)

after a week they grew twice there size (new growth supper yellow )and now leaves are curling in a turing black on all 3 i Put into flower....Ive since taken them out of flower AND IM TRYING veg again

Ive 3 others in the 1000 watt room from shitty seeds and there huge with no problems(so i dont think the rooms a miss)

1)so were they too small 1-2 foot not strong enough for 1000watt even so its kool 78degrees (I usually grow way bigger start at about 3-4.5 ft )8ft tent

3) The seeds were grwon wth a 400 mh maybe t2 to 1000 watts is 2 much

and enjoy the song (OH I GOT 8 OF THESE CLONES AND NOW IM AFRAID TO FLOWER THEM)THERE FINE IN VEG

Yup, sounds like shock. I even have to be careful going cfl>250MH>600HPS.
