I'm sure you can, but everything I have read here say's 20/4 is best.

I do, for the same reason, not got room for a flowering AND dedicated veg chamber at moment.

You can without any real problems, only downside is it may take a 'little' bit longer. Mine are doing very well in 12/12.

You can, but it will take them longer to finish, and they possibly won't be as large or awesome as they could have been.
