first grow problems

Ahoy there me fellow tokers.
I am first timer, growing in 8 inch pots of soil. I have vegged for 6 weeks and 3 feet tall under 400w MH, 18/6 hours, all good. Switched to HPS 6 days ago and reduced to 12/12 hours. They are sexed up with lovely little hairs sprouting. Then I missed a watering. They are all limp and drooping, AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I did water immediately, just before the light went out. Will they come back????? I water 350ml every day just after lights on.
I am also jolly confused about this PH stuff and how to regulate it in the soil. One plant before the missed watering had some leaf curl and drooping. I fed twice a week in veg with 25-5-20. then when they sexed, I fed once with 10-30-20. I think I am doing okay apart from missing a watering. What do you think? I dont want to mess it up at this point after so much time and care etc. I am sure you understand...
If anyone has anything to contribute I would greatly appreciate it.
