the two "tongue" leaves are called cotyledon leaves. I would say your seedling will be fine

U might wanna move your light up a bit more it still young you'll end up burning it when she grows overnight

I have another question.. I use ph'd aquarium water at pH 6.5. My run off is coming out at 5.5. Is this okay? Or should I up my pH?

Those tongue leaflike structures are false leaves or cotyledons. When your first set of true leaves form, you can begin feeding just dont overdo it. Tangerine dream good luck with that strain wanted to grow that strain too but heard many negative comments about the growing process and the end result.
