Good idea? I just started watering them with veg, after 2 weeks of flower I will switch to bloom.they are on 200 watt cfls. I have a outside plant also. Ph-6.3. Do I need to wait longer before I switch t072412014226.jpg072412013648.jpg072412013640.jpgo 12/12?

Its really up to you man if you are growing inside it really depends on the amount of grow space you have. They will grow 2 maybe even 3 times their initial veg size during flowering..
Btw in your first picture is that also the place you plan to go 12/12? I am just wondering because you will need absolute darkness for 12 hours in the flowering cycle. I am sure you know this already.
Not to mention you're gonna have a heck of a time with odor control if odor is an issue.

Yes, but I was thinking I can move them outside for faster and better bloom or is it easyer inside?

with thoose small pots i would put them into flower ASAP unless you are thinking of transplanting them into bigger containers.
