    Apparently you should. If its under 7 or over 7.3 you are probably very unhealthy and could be heading for a stroke.

    yup. its acid. which is why you notice if you ever stir a large res after adding ph down and it gets on your arms it can tend to burn

    your urine should still be in the 6.8-7.4 range. Except maybe the first pee of the morning. You're supposed to wait until your second pee. Saliva is most accurate though.
