I have just started my first grow in a bcnl producer box. Everytime i check the ph (4 times a day) it has climbed- is this normal?
if just started this grow then i would lower slowly until it stabilizes,,,,,,or let it cycle through for a few days and check again...
just a pot head trying to save some cash with a little help from mother nature........and from one, pot smoker/grower,to another thnx for any advice given..heres one on me(
Before you do anything rash, how exactly are you testing the pH? What result is it giving you? What are the differences between the results? How are you growing (soil, soil-less, nutrients, brand names, etc.)? What kind of water are you using and what is the pH of that?
I grow in soil and don't feel the need to check the pH of anything anymore, and don't seem to have any problems. The plants and the microbes that live in the soil correct the pH in the rhizosphere themselves.
