ok guys its my first grow,i germinated my seed the white rooty things kicking out the bottom i got my pot and soil all ready,now wich way to i plant the seed? with the white root sticking up or down?
also what lighting cycle should i put it on should i give it instant light after i plant it or what?
any help is apperciated. thanks

im sure it doesnt make a difference either way.

Root down... either 24/0 or 18/6 your choice, and throw it under the light.. not too close though.
