How far away from the tops of your plants is the 400watter?
Also you may find that there is not enough perlite in your soil mix and that they may have outgrown the pot sizes that they are in.
I say this in reference to your post about whats wrong with your leaves.
I have found great results using a 70%soil/compost and 30% perlite mix.
I think the main reason that leaves droop in that manner is from lack of oxygen and soil compaction from top watering.

Holy crap IO cany believe you said that!!! This kid gave me a huge brown grocery bag full of the most amazing weed id ever seen It was like the third week I lived there. I still remember it like it was yoeterday. God hawaii is just such an amazing place im sitting back remembering all the fun I had..... Wow im getting kinda misty honestly ive never just sat back and let all the memories flood back like this wow but i have been smoking all night lol. Oh sorry you asked where I lived. I lived on oahu in kaneohe for like 6 months then moved to honolulu for a few more months. Long story short after a stint in dh i ended up on the north shore in some teen home. lol i cant believe im sayin all this. then i ended up in hilo for a few years. After i was 18 I lived at uh on the manoha campus. that was a crazy time i stayed with my brother and partied like crazy cuz i didnt have to goto class.

The tops are 1.75-2.75 ft away from the light. I dont think thats the issue though because all the leaves are affected. I didnt flush two of the plants and and suprize, those 2 are just fine.
I think what it is, is the chlorine. So I am going to try to fix that tomorrow. I actually take a fondue poker and make sure the soil is loose every other water.

Dont stab the roots,just gently squeeze all the sides of the pots around and around to break up the mini roots on the edges this also helps the soil to be broken up a bit,this action also helps to oxygenate the soil.
I squeeze all of my pots about once a week,not to hard though,just a bit.
Also i have my 400 watt hps 8 inches above the tops of my plants.
If you want growth like mine you have to get the lights a lot closer.

OH yes, I DO want growth like yours!! I did have it closer... but they were getting heat stress fasho. I am happy where they are at, but I will move one or two of my plants closer and see how it goes. . If they get burnt, you owe me... hahahah Im just kidding.

I dont stab them either... I think Ive read somewhere around here to do it on the edges and I do. Then once I go around the edges the rest of the soil seems to break up.

I have a 6.99 oscillating fan blowing all the heat away from the tops so that i don't get burn or heat stress and i use a 400 watt hps as well.
This enables you to get much better growth from a lower powered light.
I would never recommend stabbing anything into your soilsounds rude lol

That is a pretty good idea with the poker for the soil. My soil does the compacting thing after a couple watering's. I have a poker that i will be using like that from now on with this grow and then i will be using the good soil. Thanks for the idea.

I also had my lights very close but I use a vented hood. The nodes are very close. I always thought this was a good thing but then yesterday my buddy that I got the bluberry from said they were to tight is this even possable
