How Much Yield Should I Expect? (Newbie) (First Grow)

Hey guys! I've been lurking on this site for a while and I've learned a lot. This site is great! I hope you guys can bestow some more wisdom upon me. Anyway, Im about to start my first grow, here are the details:

Plants - 9 (3x3 setup)
Strains - Northern Light (5 plants) and Blue Mystic (4 plants)
Pots - 11inx11in
Soil - FoxFarm Ocean Forest
Light - 400w HPS
Nutes - Jack's Classic

The plan is to Veg from sprout for about 2 weeks, then induce flowering and harvest about 8 weeks later.

Call me optimistic, but my goal is 1/2 pound or 224gs harvest (Dry of course). Which is an average of about 25gs per plant. Now I have heard that .5g per watt is about average, but I've also heard of 1+g per watt. However I believe the strain of marijuana, Veg. period, soil, nutes, and pot size all play a sizable factor in yield, not just the light.

So, how much do you guys think I can harvest with a 400w HPS, 2 weeks of veg, and the nutes/soil/set up I've listed?

I like everything except the 9 plants in a 3x3. One of my tents is a 3x3 and another is 2x4 and I'm pressing to keep 3-4 plants in each one of em. I was disappointed to find that neither would do 4 plants comfortably by the time they bush out some ( You gotta account for that)
