repotting during flower bad?

I have some platns that I didn't expect to grow so large. 3 ft plants in a 1 gallon container. they are 4 weeks into flower. would it be beneficial to transplant them to 3 gallon pots or would it stress it out too much and cause a hermie possibly? they are growing vigorously and do not show signs of root ball strangulation.

I personally wouldn't so late into flower. If you're really good at repotting you might cause minimal stress, but I would try my best to cause as little stress as possible as to not increase the chances of a hermie. If they are growing and don't show any signs why do you want to repot?

so If I get this right you have three plants in one container is that correct?

I'd need to see pics to really say. If it were me, possibly. You still have a ways to go in flower and if they are fully rootbound then it will hurt you. I can't help but think they are some spindly stretched out plants though if they made it to 3ft in a 1gal container. I've gone full grow in 1 gal and they do get rootbound but nowhere near that height!
