Making honey oil questions and general honey oil questions.

Hi everyone... after much thought, I've decided to make my grow into honey oil. I got a fungus on my my plants, possibly bud rot and I am not putting myself and my friends into any sort of health risk by inhaling spores. Therefore, I decided on honey oil being the best option so I don't destroy an amazing 1st time grow. I decided the butane method, going to get the non-pvc pipe, butane now... but have a couple of questions.

First: Should everything be dry before you do this? are fresh cuttings okay? What if the bud is wet?
Second: Should you use a coffee grinder to grind up the herb? Wouldn't you lose some good stuff while grinding? Is there a better way?
Third: This is from my ignorance as I've never had honey oil or any sort of thing besides smoking bud. I feel completly dumb asking this, haha. Is the end result a liquid or a solid? They call it an oil, but pictures I've seen show a solid.
Fourth: What is the difference between this and THC oil/Hash Oil? Or are they all the same thing? Complete noob when it comes to hash/oils/anything else besides the mj in herb form.
Finally: I've heard that smoking honey oil is half the battle... is it really that difficult? Are there any ways to do it that are better than others? Vaporizers work?
