    Default Flowering or preflower stage?

Hey ya'll! I'm a total noob to growing sweet sensi, but have been super enthralled with my new hobby. I've been learning a lot from different forums, and have been enjoying it immensely. Can you tell, is this thing flowering or what!? I thought it was in flowering phase, but now I just dont know... There has been very little growth on the bud sites, just leaves and orange/white hairs, super spindly. The plant looks great, super bushy and healthy, just seems to still be producing bud sites. Pre flowering maybe or still in veg state!? I need to find out so I can feed accordingly... I was fearing she may be part of the Ruderalis species (autoflower) which create airy, spindly buds with, extremely low thc content. Any advice and know how is greatly welcomed and appreciated. The strain is Mr. Nice and I got her as a clone. Here she is, in all her glory lol...

It looks like it started to flower and then revegged. Hopefully it will resume flowering soon. I have one that is similar.

Do you think I should start with bloom nutes at this point? I'm using Roots Organics Trinity, and have HPK for bloom. Also been feeding her Vitamin B-1 and Fox farm big bloom.
