Default Anyone top plants right before 12/12 switch

Have 5 plants 6 weeks vegging. They are getting way too tall. Going to switch tonight due to room height. Have 2 more weeks to go with plants in my flower room. Can't let these go another 2 weeks in veg. Going to just run them under my mh for the first 2 weeks of switch. Already pruned lots off the bottoms and sides. Any help is appreciated.

I've done it, but wouldn't suggest the same. It take too long for the plant to recover, as it's flipped. You're better off supercropping, if LST isn't optimal at this stage.

I topped right at the switch to flowering a number of times.....some strains react better and others don't like it but I know for a fact it reduces yield. It's commonly recommended to wait around a week before switching the timers. My suggestion is to bend the shit out of the plant towards the floor. Your finished weight will increase quite a bit and you'll reduce some stress on the plant from the chopping......

Yeah, lst the plant. Little to no stress and it takes care of the height issue....as well as promoting more flowering sites

tipping is good if u guna take clones. you end up with more cloneable branches. and if you clone early the plant puts more growth into wats left on it. wich wil grow into a bigger pland with more main branching

Should I wait a couple more weeks before bending them? They are about 3 ft tall now. Still have 3 more feet of ceiling height. That's after subtracting my reflector. Purple kush and God bud in there now. Not too worried about the PK stretch but, haven't played with God Bud indoors.
