Home grown weed quality?

Quality is determined by genetics. Get good genetics, grow them well, and you will be rewarded with bud that is better than dealer weed by a long mile.

It's the grow them well part that's hard to get down...

It depends on the strain that you grow,also the conditions, lights,nutes temps. There's no pretelling what your buds will be. It's a hit or miss.

After my last couple grows, I thought I had this growing thing down pat.

Introduce Lemon Skunk and their wonderful genetics....(sarcasm)....They caused me to question everything I thought I knew about growing until I figured out the strain itself is shit.

I'm a pain paient and mine is better than the dispensary. I can control my trichs.. I have seen alot of clear trichs come from dispensary buds.

Really? Lemon skunk is what I'm growing now Should I change my grow? What was outcome of ur grow?

With them lights it wont even be as good as some decent schwag. It might do ya for veg..for like 1 plant but to flower and get good potent buds you need to up the intensity to at least a 150w hps for 1 plant or a 250w hps for 2 plants. Any more than that and you need a 400w or more, but that means getting more equipment such as cool hoods, inline fans etc. Its all about the benjamins ya plan on spending in the end on equipment and genetics.

we cant really tell you how good your grow will come out or the quality.
to many factors unknown to us.
Just take prided and satisfaction that you grew it yourself.

I have only completed one harvest, but I can say that although my buds aren't as dense or large as those grown at the pros, my homegrown gets me relief faster, and with less than what I used to buy.

And the satisfaction that at $10 a gram for decent stuff, I saved myself an assload of money.
