This was my concern in the past as well.
During the limited rain season here I get a ton of water from the AC, which collects into a 40 gallon res.
Have been tempted to use this for feed indoors, but have instead used it to water container plants outside.
If I was an h202 user, would probably not worry as much.

Back on topic I've been using my ac water every day with no problems but if it's that bad il flush it! I haven't had bad results yet though..
could you take a few drops of h2o2 concentrate and kill off the bacteria?
