need help with this nutrients

isn't any one gong to help me with this i would like to know how to use this because when used it before i burnt the hell out of my plant so please can some one help me.

We need to know the age of your plants, are they seedlings or fully matured? Are you using the bloom alone or in addition to your veg solution, and are your plants in the veg stage or are you flowering? What medium are you growing in? What state are your plants in, that is are they healthy and vigorously growing or are they in an unhealthy state? Oh and a picture says a thousand words (a picture of your plant/s that is)!

well the plants at the mo are just seedling they are just starting there second set of bladed leaves you know after the little tear shaped ones and i'm using soil to grow and i will be using formulex for veg and use the total bloom for flower that's when i start getting a problem the leaves start to go funny that's why i need help reading the chart as i said i had to find the chart on the bottle on the internet because it was hard to see it my plants are fine until flowering time thats when it all start to go wrong i haven't had a PH kit in a while so that could had been something to do with my last grow but i was using rain water thanks for the reply Doc Canna p.s i haven't started feeding yet before you ask

in soil i recc.to start with 10% from reccom.dosage,slow increase to 20-30%(especially in good soil),if you see a nuteburn-flush,and back off the dosage to the previos amount.DO NOT trust the manif.chart,they lie in order to bye more and more of their produkt.i learned it the hard way!especially in soil you allways need max.50% from recc.dosage(depends on produkt,IDK abouth this one espec.)i allways start &less and make the way up slowly-10-15-20-25%(25 is max for the nutes i am using currently,i am in 3-th month,at 30% some nuteburn is seen,so i back off to 1/4 str.,no problems.it is not a ph prob.,i use tap water(open for 24 hrs or more),PH here is 7-7.5,in soil it is o.k.
