do think the 1 i posted above is any good? it says 200w with 3w leds, theres too many haters on led they look promising

waste of money, waste of time, if you put so much effort and desire into growing her, why not give her what would give back to you the most yield?

400w of LED would be better than 400w hps from what iv been reading

There's a reason for the haters. Anyone that claims their LED is out growing an equal wattage HID must not be in flower . LED are great for veg but don't toss your HID.

That's a three band panel, panels nowadays are 6-10 band. Not that it's gonna do anything for penetration.
