So I ask, How late into flowering can I take a clone from a female so I have a new female to plant and still keep the original in flowering to finish its job

don't think it is suggested, but if you had to i say in the first few days. may hurt you yield and potency

i wouldnt do it tooo far into flowering. try and find a lower cutting that doesnt have much flower growth, and it will be fine.
