Is there a difference between kush and the other strains. Idk if I've ever smoked kush so I can't say. Why are some strains called kush

Afghanistan and Pakistan landrace indica strains originally named for the Hindu Kush mountain range they call home.
"But one thing gives hope – the visible swing in public opinion...In that spectacular disaster the working class, the middle class and even a section of the business community could see the utter rottenness of private capitalism." ~George Orwell
I've wondered this for a long time too. It's named after the Hindu Kush mountains where the race was found but I've noticed so far, anything with Kush in it's name is usually VERY pinetree tasting.
So its just a name and taste or is kush more potent. Thanks for the answers btw

Again, KUSH simply means that the plant or the plants parents or even grandparents originated in the Hindu Kush Mountain region. Thats it. Nothing more, nothing less. The part about the pine taste might just be the dominant and sought after trait of kush breeders.
