    Good question. Like most questions, it depends on things like RH & ambient temps. Too much will dry out your leaves. I put mine on a timer; day times are longer with rest periods, night times are shorter with longer rest periods

    I have noticed that since my fan blows away and around the plant just keeping the air moving at night the plant goes to sleep. If it is being pushed at all by the fan the plant does not go to sleep. Mine runs 24/7
