??? more lighting in one tent or just add another tent???
i have a 600 watt mh,hps digital in a 4x4 grow tent i recently recieved a order i made a few weeks back on a big t5 4feet 8 bulb fixture. my question is i originally ordered the t5 so that i could start a new batch with it, im still trying to figure out where, what , how, etc. im going to build or add on another room or tent. see my plan was t5 for veg. and 600watt for flower just to speed up harvesting times. due to me finding it hard to really fit this big ass t5 anywhere in my house/closets should i just wait or should i put it in my 4x4 tent along with the 600 watt. i was thinking that due to the fact t5's can be put rather close to plants that i could sort of just lean the big sucker against one of the walls like the back for added lumens and to increase/trigger flowering response on lower and inner limbs of the plant. open to any suggestions thanks

what t5 did u get i need one lol mine is too small for my clones and my veg plants, im actually having trouble with room right no flower room is full and veg plants arent ready n e ways and i now have too many clones idk what to do with em lol

I like 2 tents.. More options.

I have 2 as well, both in the same room. One is veggin with a 400MH and the other flowering with a 400HPS. The only drawback is battling heat issues. I dont know how you dont have heat issues with a 600, All summer I'll be trying to cool both of mine. ( I DO try to avoid using an air conditioner in the grow room, my electric meter is already turning like a HV fan !)

okay seriously what our my options 2 really keep the temp around 75 right nw i have it ghetto rigged the air conditioner is basically sitting in the front door to my tent with the back end sticking out blowing hot air i then basically try and zip the tent as tight as possible without offcourse being able to completly shut or zip the front door all the way closed , i offcourse then move the ac out of the way at night to zip the door for complete darkness. what can i do to help cool besides that or is there a better setup/desighn i could use thanks

thinking about adding a 4 or 6" venting fan the kind that just connects into ur line to bring clean air in, i allready have ohh i forget the name of them but one of those big blowers or fans allready attached to a 6" piping sucking hot air out and have that running from outside the tent all the way to a open window i rigged w/ port openings cut in a piece of fairly thin wood .
