forums; im at wal mart and i see this jiffy seed starter humi domes... can those be used for my cuttings??? ...

    Yes, many folks do use them. just be sure it has a dome tall enough for your cuttings.

    thats what I use...works great for bottom branch cuttings. Upper branch cuttings will need a higher dome though as they are bigger than bottom branch clones. the jiffy ones are very short.

    I found that stuff to be too small for my cloning needs. If you cut a clone more than 4-5 inches tall it will not fit in the dome.
    Look around and get a dome where the clear plastic dome is 7 inches or better. A nine-incher is better. Plus the bigger domes
    will have some sort of primitive ventilation system so you can alter the humidity. Biggest thing to remember is that you need
    to keep close to 100% humidity in the dome. That means making sure you keep water standing in the dome at all times.
