so heres a question that has been wrapped around my mind for a few weeks.
I love Hemp ...ever since I discovered it. I feel that it makes me happier or less stressed, more in touch with the people I love and over all just a better person. My overall well being, and attitude is better with it. Plus I am hindu and its a culture thing and I believe that god (shiva) came down and passed hemp for human consumption for a favorable passtime. However I am a military member of the United States. Federal law says I cant touch the stuff.
My question is, if i get a medical lisence to smoke and grow within a state that has legalized it for medical use, and i grow it within my proper county limits... will it show up in my medical records and get me busted with the Armed forces? And will they f em up and say that is still breaking the law??
i dont know dude but I've heard that it could take up to a year to get perscribed pot, bt probably less that is a really really good question though.
best of luck
I don't know a lot but i am pretty sure that the Federal outlaws the state. I live where according to my local law I can grow 99 plants as long as it is within a 100 square foot canopy. But just because I have a MM card, if I get a drug test at work I am out of there because the federal law says it is illegal. Hope this helps. Also, when you get a MM card it is the same day if the Doc gives you the okay.
