it was fine yesturday but now look at them i think its been watered 2 much but idk

exactly. stop the newb watering schedule. do it once every 2-3 days until the water leaks out the bottom of the pot/container. the roots are supposed to search for water. if your usin cfls get them ALOT closer!

cut down on ur watering and get those cfls as close to the plant as you can without cookin them....about an inch is good......
