help on the light schedule

You should plug your lights into a timer and never worry about it again!

Personally, I'd just wait because I'm the type to say "better safe than sorry" The extra dark will not hurt ya if it's only an hour or 2

tell me about it lol .mine are on 18-6 ,i have a timer which dident seem to work with my new ballast ,donowhy must have packed up ,was only a cheapo tho .

im turning off at 10 pm at night & getting up at 4 am in the morning turning back on ,how iv not fell out the fucking loft & killed my self i don't know at that time, im half asleep lol.

anyway sorted now ,i went my local car boot sale yesterday & i saw 2 shit hot timers only 50p each sleep sleep sleep Zzzzzzzzzz

If u have a few spare quid, try to pick up a relay. It protects the timer from' power zaps' from the balast.
