I have heard that more than 1 plant in an area is a bad idea.. Yet you have a few from where I can see.. Is this because of the amount of space that you are growing it in?

You should do some more reading on this site. All the questions you're asking are covered here somewhere...but, in brief:
    - Yes you can do 12/12 from seed. The amount of light is more important than the colour. Look at the "12/12 from seed" thread in the indoor growing section.
    - The amount of space needed per plant depends on how big you intend to grow them. If you are growing 12/12 from seed they will stay small, so you could easily fit 6 plants into a square metre. Space is only an issue if it stops light or air getting to your plants' leaves.

hot, hash is best smoked in a chillum and it heats you up inside out. your stomach goes for a fucking out of this world
flight as it decides to hurt like a bitch and refuse to keep in half the shit you eat. smoking a lot of just charas fucks your
system up, think i didn't try that already? lol come to india bro i'll show you bricks of hash the size of a buick, you'll
smoke so much hash you'll never want to smell it again. don't jump to conclusions, weak arsed prick
Though this guy sounds like a douche I have to say that it all depends on the quality of the malana. I've spent about a year in total living in India (spread over a few years since I went first in 1999) and I smoke nothing but charas every time. The problem I've found is that since middle-class Indians have now started to smoke quite a bit, finding decent quality hash has become very difficult. Bangalore is one place where I know for a fact that finding good hash can be tricky.
I tend to buy it from western people I know well who have spent time in the mountains buying up good quality chunks for the winter beach season. When it's good, it's smooth and sweet...when it isn't great, well....then it's nasty. But that's true of all hash.

As I said before, the very best hash I've had was from parvati, and was so sweet that I had people from all over hanging around to get a drag or two off my joints...better even than the best rifman hash you get from DampKring coffeeshop in Amsterdam.

I personally think that the average hash quality has suffered because there's so much demand that there isn't enough good stuff around, and certainly less curing time on the mass-produced shit. (the best hand-rubbed charas is buried for several months to cure)

Of course, this is actually all the more reason to grow your own proper bud. Rather than waiting around for the odd tolah of decent charas that might appear...grow your own and do the job right yourself...
    Shanti

hope you ain't sayin i sound like a douche mate...? and again, finding decent quality hash is only difficult if you don't have connections...my connections are top notch...and you said it depends on the quality of malana, thats why i said hi quality malana...i have hookups who live there, own plantations there, run the shit over there and people who go and come regularly and have been for more than a decade...i can't stress this enough, it's ALL about contacts, connections, and communication in the local language, and even more important, in the local dialect.

i feel i can't stress this enough, you're in bangalore, nobody is ever, EVER gonna catch you if it's on your terrace and you keep it tied down with some solid LST...as you can see, of the plants in my little 'pit' one of them is not more than a foot off of the soil and covers at least 66% of the 4.5x4 ft area i have set up there. and tropic sun is so much better than cfl that there's really no point in even making a comparison...and even if you plant it now, your plants will spend quite a while vegging and under this tropical sun you have no idea how much 'potential growth' that is...i feel frankly that planting in march and getting the most out of that harsh march and april sun here really helped my plants in the veg stage...but you can rest assured knowing that indian bag seed is probably landrace from here and as such will not begin flowering till the monsoons are over...you will have that much time for veg...

Yeah, I have started too late for sure to do an outdoor grow, but I will get as much sunlight as i can and probably add about 5 * 70 watt CFL's cos they are the best I can get my hands on for now...

you can start right now and still be perfectly in time for an outdoor grow my friend...we're at 12 latitude, do you know the meaning of that? we're in a location outdoor growers around the world KNOW that plants LOVE. order seeds online NOW from pick'n'mix seeds, get a cheap fast finishing indica strain which is resistant to mold and pests, a more experienced grower will give you advice on this...but basically, where we live, in bangalore, we can grow other countries' indica strains YEAR ROUND. our landrace sativas will take a long fucking time cause they don't care about the sun, but given that you can cover the plant during the REALLY REALLY heavy rains once it's started flowering, you won't have any problem planting and flowering good indicas from higher latitudes in bangalore year round.
