hi all i got 2 hps 150 watt lights in my flowering room at the moment would it be best to run both hps or 1 hps and 1 mh any help on this would be great

If you're worried about heat, you could run 1 of each as metal halides are slightly cooler than HPS bulbs, but If not, dual HPS bulbs would be better for flowering as they have more of the red spectrum.

2 HPS and 1 MH...

run all your lights... as long as you can control the heat, more light is BETTER...

2hps is better than 1 hps and 1 MH.... this is just and educated opinion..

can you get a 400+ watt hps? this will be your best bet...
