From what I have heard is that you cut all brantches from the bottom 1/3 of the plant. Use them as clones maybe? But it lets that plant put all their energy to the top of the plant where the buds are close to the lights.

Slice off all the branches except of the top ones and enjoy the super strong weed that comes with it. I only recommend you do this with a indica. Also, this is great indoors because you can jam a lot of them into a small area or outdoor, where they are more discreet (or at least, harder to identify). I turn all my mothers into a lollipop style, because I am just cutting off all the crappy branches, I mangled getting clones.
