Default Peat moss
I use peat moss a lot at work because I am a landscaper!
It totally holds in water and is very good for the texture of the soil
BUT i read its not good to start seeds in peat pellets! is this true? and if it is why Heres a picture of my 1 day old plant too

hey m8, im not sure about seedlings in peat pellets but i heard good things about clones in them, actually i was just watching a vid on it. ppl grow in soiless mix which is peat moss, perlite, verm, for the most part, and they start seeds in there. i do too, havent used jiffy pellets for anything though. its just peat that has a netting around it. i saw take some bagseed and do some experiment with it.. keep up posted mr. landscaper man how you make out with all your growing endeavors. eace :

peat pllits are alright but not the greatest. after the seed has been germinated, plant in a small styrafome cup with good baked peat moss and leave in there untill you have a healthy sized root ball. simply break the cup in half gentley ofcource and transplant into a container it can grow in the rest of its life
