i tried growing in a PC case and failed miserably though you may have better luck. I think the lowryder strains are designed to stay short. you may want to look into LST and other tying down/pruning techniques.

The problem with a 2 foot grow space is that once you account for your pot size and lighting, your effective plant growth area is significantly reduced.
If you have two feet of usable space, then a scrog would most likely work.
