How much is too much?

Hi all, just a quick question or 2!!

Firstly, how much is too much light in the girls dark period to turn them into hermafredites?

Secondly, How much stress is too much stress transferring them into bigger pots to turn them into hermafredites?

You want complete darkness for the entire night cycle if possible. Use green colored lens or bulbs for lights during darkness hours. It wont effect the plants at all. Your second question, transplant as less as possible. I usually transplant from a 1 gal. after 3 weeks into a 3 or 5 gal. The idea is to fill the pot with root growth before transplant. Look for roots coming through the drainage holes. If you see em, then transplant.
