Using Bagseed to Grow?

For everyone that has grown from bagseed is it worth it? I really don't have the resources to buy seeds on the net and I'm sick of paying for weed around here. It's just too expensive. So if I get some seed in my bag what are some things that can go wrong and some things I can do to help stop those things from going wrong? I know a lot of weed from bagseed ends up being hermies. How would I know if the weed I'm getting is from a hermie or was just grown out in a field and got some pollen on it? But I guess free hermie weed is better than no weed at all :P.

if your smoking it , then i guess youll smoke the same shit if you grew it huh"?
bagseed is great for begineers cos your gonna fuck somthing up ! no doubt about it , somthing will go wrong and itsbetter you learn on freeseeds then on exspensive genetics.imo

bagseed is a good way to start...especially if you don't have the resources to buy seeds or access to anyone with good clones or seeds. Run one or two grows with the bagseed until you perfect your technique while saving up for some seeds you really want. I read alot of the posts and the most important thing I have learned is no grow room environment is the same and each has potential for individualized issues. Tweak your system to work best for you then you will be ready when you get some superior genetics.

check out the FAQ on thsi site for how to grow.

if you read the entire FAQ , you should be set to start.
Then when you run into specific problems you can ask on here and youll get help.

Well I've been reading here for about 2 months.. I've even answered a lot of questions so I have a pretty good understanding I've just heard a lot of bad shit about bagseeds and I just wanted to know if it was because it's really that bad or if it was just the people who hate the idea of having an OK crop..

It's a WAY stealthy grow. I've been looking for months and haven't found anything better. The only problem is you're going to need a few of them to get a lot but if you're just growing for yourself or if you don't smoke every day and want to use it for yourself and a few friends it should be a really good setup. It's just because it's small so you can put them in different places so you don't have to find awkwardly large containers to put your setup in.
It's the only way to go if whoever's watching you is expecting you to be growing and checking.

I think most people just have a problem with bagseed because of inferior genetics. I used bagseed right up until probably my tenth or fifteenth grow. It's better to practice on bagseed until you have the ability to grow expensive seedbank seed without messing something up.

im not sure what your setup is like but hopefully you wont get pure sativia diva's and take super long to flower(up to 12 weeks or so(?)). plus they are longer and lanky usually. but who knows what genes you got, it could have been an outdoor grow with kush, WW, NL, or whatever that someone missed a male or hermi. but like others have said the seeds are free and your sure to screw up your first grow some how. dont use M Grow.
