I'm just worried that i may have damaged them which will now affect them as they grow,

From looking they are still growing slow and are stunted, how long do you think before they would be back to normal, by that i mean growing at the pace they should be ?

not long most of the time. Once their medium is under control then they will usually begin to grow again after 4-7 days. How long has it been since you cut back on their water? These plants grow great when their soil is damp. So is their soil back to being damp?

They look great now, nice, green and starting to raise their leaves so you should see new growth quick.

Its been about a week to get them to this stage, I've now got the watering problem fixed,

It was all down to saturating the rockwool they were in.....''

Now the rockwool gets flooded only once a day in the morning one hour after lights on, quarter the way up from the bottom of the pots. Compared to 3 quarters before and for 5 times a day!

I still flood 5 times a day but the other 4 times the water doesn't go any further than the bottom of the pots so the rockwool is not watered but the roots are well looked after and get there water. Seems to be the fix thank god a few sleepless nights i had over this !

With my first grow (hydro) I could not sleep or work well because they always had some sort of problem I created. Alot of my first ones I killed. Now I do soil and love it. I also sleep better and every one of em are alive and thriving. Oh the stress of raising young ones..........have fun and keep us posted.

Myself i have nver grown with soil and wouldn't know where to start !

I used to use differerent tanks which worked on a drip sprinkler system which flooded back into the main res tank via overflows etc. These worked perfect and i had excellent results, However they were big, clumsy and a nightmare to clean afterwards.

These flood and drain ones i've got (when i get there working correctly )

Will be great to run simple to add water and check PH levels. They will also be very easy to clean.

one thing early growers do is worrying too much about any problem your plant might have and taking action to prevent it, thus creating more problems that need correction - a vicious cycle. Anyways, they look fine man, getting healthier and will recover. Don't stress them or yourself so much.
