So these things are kinded pointed at the end? They are roundish like a seed would be and I don't see pistols in most of the larger ones, but see pistils around them. They are not very hard, I can squeeze it and sticky fluid is inside. Haha, sort of like a zit. The fluid inside is either milky white or clear.

Are these seeds and they just get hard? Or are these swollen calyxes, seed pods that the pistils have recessed into? I just thought seeds would be harder, but I dunno, maybe they dry out and the fluid inside gets hard?

If they did turn herm does this mean if these are seeds, don't herm plants that impregnate themselves only produce females?

I found one with two hairs sticking out of it. It pops and is sticky? What the hell is it then? They are harder than rest the plant matter. A friend suggested fat mutant swollen trichomes and the stick white or clear shit is thc/resin. Doubt that, that would be too sweet

Looks like the swollen calyxes, if pollenated, seeds would be inside, the substance you speak of in them sounds consistant to the color of trichomes before they turn amber.. starts clean, then cloudy, and then amber.

But then again.. it looks hard to see.. when i plucked a immature bud, it looks like this.

That's good news. It's mainly the small tiny buds at the bottom that didn't get much light because the plants were too tall that had these. They get dramatically less up higher on the plant.

Okay, so will this effect quality since I caught it very early? And the buds were otherwise ripe? I stressed them real bad last week with nute burn and I think they went herm then.

Will these harden into seeds now that they are cut?

If they do, what is the benefit of self herm seeds? Aren't they all ladies or something?

Also, how do I make sure the spores still in the closet from the herms do not the plants in a couple of weeks if I start a new grow? Do the spores have a shelf life? Is there anything I can do to neutralize them if they don't?

LOL ye those are premature seeds do not put thse in the pipe and blaze. Throw em away whats the point of planting a herm seeds the bud will be shit. Take clones from the girl u already have.

hermies seeding themselves can increase the chances of getting a fem seed, however since your not a seedbank and its happened by accident chances are the stability wont be all that, but by all means plant the seeds see what happens, if you have space and kit to do so then i would say grow it as an experiment see what the results are, im sure there are a few on here that would like to hear the outcome.
