Default bugs in my crop.

i harvested a few weeks ago and half of my plants had little green bugs on them. tiny ones that cant fly. but it didnt seem to harm the pot at all. even when i looked with my 420 scope i saw a maggot lokking thing moving around. can anyone tell me what these are or tell me of a web site to go to. thanks.
