I have been growing my plant for almost two months and it is a little bit taller than a foot. I just started the flowering stage about five days ago and set the lights to 12-12... I was just wondering about how long until I can determine the sex of the plant, and where do the pistils come out of. Thanks guys!

on my Blueberry it took about 8-10 days befor I can sex after the 12/12 switch.. Every strain is a bit different though..

Yea, I can't see anything yet (other than plenty of new growth, which is good). They look nice. I think the general time is about two weeks into flowering...so keep an eye out especially from day 10 on. Good luck man!

Oh and from those pics, I think you should put the smaller plant (w/ the smaller pot) higher up so its top matches the top of the other plant (height-wise). The way you have it now the bigger plant will flourish and the other will wither away cause the light is not close enough.
